The homes that sell quickly and for top dollar aren’t the ones that are listed at the perfect time. They’re the ones that were ready when they hit the market.

That means the home shows well, both online and in person. The photos are strong. The price is right for the market. The condition is clean and move-in ready. When all of those pieces are in place, the season on the calendar matters a lot less than most people think.
